Return & Refund Policy

We aim to deliver high-quality EV products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return & refund terms below.


1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only when:

Product received is defective/damaged on arrival

  1. Wrong product delivered

  2. Product has manufacturing issues verified by our support team

Conditions:

  1. Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  2. Product must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories

  3. Proof of issue (images/video) must be provided for verification

Items damaged due to mishandling, modification, burns, water damage, wrong connection or third-party repairs will not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  1. Used products

  2. Batteries with tampered/warranty seal broken

  3. Products damaged after delivery

  4. Items installed/handled by unauthorized technicians

  5. Custom orders and sale/discount items


3. Refund Process

Once return request is approved:

  1. Product will be picked up or asked to ship back to our warehouse

  2. Inspection will be done by our technical team

  3. If approved, refund will be issued within 7-14 working days to the original payment method

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless product issue is from our side.


4. Replacement Policy

If the product qualifies for replacement:

  1. A new unit will be shipped after the returned item passes inspection

  2. Replacement depends on stock availability

  3. In case of unavailability, customer may opt for refund/alternate product


5. Order Cancellation

  1. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch

  2. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

  3. Refund (if applicable) will be processed within standard refund time


6. Warranty Claims for EV Batteries & Chargers

Warranty is valid only under proper usage:

  1. Use the recommended charger only

  2. Avoid deep discharge and overcharging

  3. Follow charging/maintenance guidelines

Warranty void if:

  1. Product is opened/tampered with

  2. Burn or physical impact damage

  3. Misuse or improper installation
